MTC POOL SPECIFIC RULES

1. Pool Hours: 8 a.m. - 10 p.m., Monday - Sunday, year-round.

2. Use caution. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.

3. No unaccompanied minors in the pool area.

4. At least one adult shall be present for every four persons under age 16.

5. Infants and toddlers not yet toilet-trained must wear waterproof pants and appropriate swim attire to prevent accidents. Should the pool become contaminated, it will be immediately shut down. Any associated costs with pool decontamination will be charged to the responsible member.

6. No glass in, or around, the pool or deck areas.

7. No running on the pool deck area.

8. No diving into the pool.

9. Only proper swimming attire and pool equipment is allowed.

10. Please shower prior to entering the pool.

11. Pool parties with more than 8 guests require prior approval from the Facility Rental Chairperson and a $75 refundable cleaning deposit. Members who do not get approval will be charged a $100 fine. Requests and deposit must be received one week in advance.
